We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost several thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

YES! We need you to be available to for drop off so we can have you personally show us where you would like the inflatable. We are able to setup in the exact location, however in the event you are not present and instructions are left for the driver, we will do our best to accurately adhere to those instructions. Nevertheless, because you were not present, the fault will not be placed on the delivery driver if items are not placed according to your needs due to misunderstanding of instructions. Please understand that there are situations when our delivery driver needs to make safety calls depending on slope, hills, power lines, trees, space, surface setup, etc…

Prior to delivery you need to have picked locations for your rental drop-offs/setups. These locations need adequate clear space for transporting items up to 750 pounds on dollies/carts. The area must be capable of fitting the rental items. Most large rental items have dimensions in their descriptions and/or images.

If the unit requires water, you must supply your own water hose and water source. (Take not of the length of your hose when choosing your setup area.)

If the item requires power to operate (i.e. inflatables, concessions, etc…) the location needs to be within 50 ft of a suitable grounded power circuit that will not be used by other equipment.

A 50 ft extension cord comes with your inflatable rental. Only our extension cords may be used because they must meet certain requirements. If you require an additional 50 ft extension cord, it can be rented at $7/day. If your setup does not reach power with TWO 50 ft cords (100 ft), you must rent one of our generators. For safety reasons, the use of personal generators is not allowed for our equipment.

For 8% of your total rental fee we will waive select damage that happens to our equipment during your rental, excluding intentional damage and theft. Unintentional damage EXCLUDES the following: silly string, gum, paint, tape, markers, pens, bonfire/grill smoke, human or animal bodily waste (urine, feces, vomit), cuts, slices, punctures by sharp objects such as but not limited to pets, shoes or sharp objects and damage from fireworks and cigarettes. As a frame of reference burst seams, vinyl tears, handles ripped off, etc… would be included and covered under this damage policy.

We offer several rental options to accommodate your needs:

We do not currently allow customer pickups. Our equipment is heavy and most of our customers are not familiar with inflatable setup & safety. Our job is to ensure that your rental equipment is delivered & setup properly. Additionally, many of our items increase liability on the road & it’s best to leave that to our team. We help ensure the cleanliness and condition of our equipment by not allowing customer pickups.

Please understand that tips are not required but in this industry they have gradually become customary. In short, if you feel your delivery staff went above and beyond, you are more than welcome to tip them on-site!

For those who rent often and already know that our team works extremely hard delivering, picking up, and cleaning your rentals, we actually have an option for leaving tips on the website checkout page & quote forms.

If a customer cancels their rental with less than 24 hours notice, there will be no refund of any balances paid. View inclement weather definition below in red.

Although customers may want to take the risk with the weather forecast, for safety & asset protection practices Party Partners Plus, LLC reserves the right to cancel up to the night before your party (by 3pm) if the weather report calls for a substantial amount of rain or wind as defined below in red.

If Party Partners Plus, LLC elects to cancel the rental due to weather forecasts, all funds paid will be refunded. This is the only situation where the 25% deposit is refunded back to the customer.

Keep in mind that regardless of your payment method, all refunds will be issued in the form of a business check within 30 days of your event cancellations unless you decide to simply reschedule at the time if cancellation. Thank You!

PLEASE NOTE: The local forecast almost always includes isolated showers, thunderstorms, etc. That is to be expected when we have excessive heat in the summers of Florida & North Carolina. Please make certain you are consulting hourly forecast on a trusted weather reporting website such as http://www.weather.com This is what we use.

Rainy/Snow/Wind condition warranting cancellation/under our policy are described as follows:

It is safest to use an inflatable with winds under 25 MPH. If the wind exceeds 25 MPH, evacuate the inflatable and turn off the blowers. There are numerous free apps available for iPhone and android devices that provide wind speeds in your area. Operating an inflatable with wind speeds 25 MPH+ can result in injury, including death to those inside or those nearby.

60% chance of rain during your party/event time for over 50% of your event time. Snow fall predicted of at least 60% chance for over 50% of your event time.

The 60% or higher chance of rain/snow must be within 24 hours in advance of your party. Forecast predicting higher than 50% chance of rain farther out then 24 hours is too far out to rely on the predictability of the forecast.

If you decide to take the inflatable/bounce house and it begins to rain, simply shut down the power until it stops. When the passing shower passes you can re-inflate the inflatable, taking care to wipe down the surface inside to insure there is no water to slip on.

If it begins to start getting windy while in use, simply shut down the power until it stops. Operating an inflatable in winds over 20 mph is unsafe, and should not be attempted. Please wait until the winds calm, and then it is safe to re-inflate and use again.

Note: All cancellations under 60% chance are the discretion of management.
