We do not accept checks except for church and school events. Please note that our drivers do not carry any change and any overpayment will be considered a tip for the drivers.
PLANNING/LOGISTICS: Prior to delivery you need to have picked locations for your rental drop-offs/setups. These locations need adequate clear space for transporting items up to 750 pounds on dollies/carts. The area must be capable of fitting the rental items. Most large rental items have dimensions in their descriptions and/or images.
GRASS: Please be sure to have your grass cut no later than 48 hours before we set up. Cutting the grass too late before the event can result in extra labor/cleaning fees & can cause extra stress/damage to the lawn.
LEAVING EQUIPMENT: Equipment must not be left unattended. It is your responsibility to supervise the safe and proper use of the equipment at all times. You will be held liable for any theft or damage to the equipment if it is left unattended, rendering your damage waiver void (if applicable). Additionally, if your event is held at a park, you are required to remain at the park until our team picks up the equipment.
PARKS/PUBLIC EVENTS: If your event is at a park, it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary permits. Most parks typically require both a general permit and a special use permit for equipment such as inflatables and generators. Please confirm these requirements with the park authorities and ensure that the use of stakes to secure equipment is permitted. We will furnish a certificate of insurance for the event upon request. Additionally, a park delivery fee between $150 – $250 may be applied to all park/public deliveries. Park/public fees guarantee smaller windows for delivery and pickup. Our park/public delivery windows are up to 1 hour before the event start time, and equipment will be picked up no later than 1 hour after the event concludes.
INFLATABLES
WATER: If the unit requires water, you must supply your own water hose and water source. (Take note of the length of your hose when choosing your setup area.) Upon request at least 24 hours prior to the event, a water hose can be rented for an additional $25
ELECTRICITY: If the item requires power to operate (i.e. inflatables, concessions, etc…) the location needs to be within 50 ft of a suitable grounded power circuit that will not be used by other equipment.
A single 50 ft extension cord is included with your inflatable rental. Only our extension cords may be used because they must meet certain requirements. If you require an additional 50 ft extension cord, it can be rented for an additional $7. If your setup does not reach power with TWO 50 ft cords (100 ft), you must rent one of our generators. For safety reasons, the use of personal generators is not allowed for our equipment. If we have to make a separate trip for an additional extension cord, an additional travel/labor fee will be applied.
GENERATORS: “If your setup does not reach power with TWO 50 ft cords (100 ft), you must rent one of our generators. For safety reasons, the use of personal generators is not allowed for our equipment.” If we have to make a separate trip to bring back a generator due to failure to correctly identify distances and/or adequate power sources, an additional travel/labor fee will be applied in addition to the generator rental price. Generators should remain on for the duration of the event, unless otherwise instructed. In the event that the event is ending and you desire to shut the power off, the unit should be powered off first, allowing the generator to run at least 2 minutes after the unit is off. Then it is safe to flip the power switch to off. NEVER ADD ANY FUEL NOT PROVIDED BY PARTY PARTNERS PLUS.
ANCHORING: We typically use stakes to secure most equipment. If your setup area cannot accommodate stakes, we must be informed at the time of booking, and we will determine what, if any alternative ballasting/anchoring options can safely be used. Additional charges may apply.
RELOCATION: Under no circumstance should a unit be moved after it has been setup.
SPRINKLER SYSTEMS: We do not assume responsibility for any damage caused to sprinkler systems by stakes or staking. If your property has a sprinkler system, please indicate areas where stakes should not be placed. If our installer arrives and irrigation lines are not clearly marked out, it will be an indication that no such lines exist. For overnight rentals, kindly turn off your sprinklers to prevent flooding of the inflatable. Failure to do so may result in an additional labor/cleaning fee, as we’ll need to thoroughly dry the unit to prevent mold growth.
WATER SAFETY: All participants must wear proper floatation devices, as needed, when using units with standing water. Please note that Party Partners Plus does not under any circumstance provide such floatation devices.
DEFLATION: Should a unit begin to deflate, evacuate everyone from the unit immediately. After everyone has been evacuated, the mandatory volunteer can troubleshoot the issue using the following steps:
a) The blower may have stopped. Check the connections at both ends of the extension cord. No extension cords are permitted except the ones provided by Lessor.
b) If the connections are secure at both ends, the blower may not be the only device drawing power from the circuit it is plugged into. If this is the case, the breaker may have flipped and the blower needs to be plugged into a different outlet to avoid further interruptions.
c) If the blower is still running while the device is deflating, check the air intake on the side of the blower to ensure it is receiving proper air flow. Also check that the blower tube is secure.
d) If the issue is not correctable after following these troubleshooting tips, call Lessor at (863)632-6347. If an installer is dispatched and Lessor determines that the issue was due to Lessee’s electric, breakers, circuit, or any reason not due to the fault of Lessor, a service charge of $50
TENTS, TABLES & CHAIRS
Table & Chair Delivery: For table and chair rentals, delivery will be made ‘curbside,’ meaning items will be brought from the truck up to a standard backyard distance “in a subdivision”. Deliveries involving inclines or stairs require prior notice and are subject to additional fees. When delivered inside a building, items will be left near the front door; additional fees may apply for longer distances. Our standard delivery does not include setup; items will be stacked upon delivery and are expected to be returned in the same condition. Should you require setup and breakdown services, please inform us in advance to schedule additional time at a rate of $1 per chair and $2 per table.
Tents: Lessee agrees to release and hold harmless Lessor of liability caused by damage to any property during tent installation and/or strike. Damages to property include, but not limited to, water lines, gas lines, irrigation lines, grass, shrubs, flowers, scratches, or cracks on the installed surface.
1) Concrete block ballast installation is offered but is not a preferred form of securing a tent. Lessor has the right to deny this type of tent installation.
2) Asphalt installation is a routine operation requiring that we drive stakes approximately 3+ feet through the surface. Lessor will fill any holes at $10/hole. Lessee acknowledges that the number of holes is dictated by the size of the tent.
3) When a tent is installed on a concrete surface, stakes cannot be used. In accordance with tent manufacturer’s guidelines, holes must be drilled through the concrete and anchor eyebolts affixed.
4) Although all our tents utilize 100% waterproof materials for their tent tops, no tents are guaranteed to completely protect occupants or equipment from rain. Tents are to be considered temporary shade structures.
5) Lessee assumes all weather-related risks involved in holding an outdoor tented event. Should the tenting become unusable due to high wind, snow, and rain, flooding, extreme cold or heat, or any other factor beyond Lessor’s control, Lessee shall still be liable for payment in full.
6) Tents are temporary structures designed to handle most normal weather conditions; however, there may be situations that become unsafe such as high winds or lightning. Evacuation of tents is recommended in these or other unsafe conditions.
7) Lessee agrees that in the event of a predicted or actual storm or excessive winds, Lessor may dismantle any equipment that has been previously installed to ensure safety of all involved.
8) Lessee agrees to have the chosen tent site to be free and clear of all obstacles, natural and manmade, prior to the arrival of Lessors tent installation crew.
9) Lessee also agrees to have all tents clear and free of obstacles, décor, furniture, etc. prior to the arrival of Lessor’s tent striking crew. Failure to have the tent site ready for strike may result in delayed pick-up and/ or additional labor charges.
10) Some jurisdictions require city or county permits to erect a tent. Lessee accepts the responsibility of obtaining a Tent permit, if necessary, at their expense. The Event Coordinators at Party Partners Plus LLC can assist in obtaining a permit at the lessee’s expense in addition to a $75 fee. Please contact an Event Coordinator for assistance with how to obtain a permit.
